Void Fill and StabilizationVoid filling and stabilization, sometimes referred to as pressure grouting or mudjacking, is a fantastic, quick and safe way to fill spaces under concrete slab driveways, front porches, and other high erosion areas. Soils are compressed and stabilized to support the weight of vehicle traffic and entire buildings.
Simply put, our structural grade polyurethane foam material is pumped under the slab, and the voids (or spaces) are then filled and slabs are supported from future movement. Material is neatly trimmed at the edge. Finally, the drilled holes are patched, to complete the process. We give support under tough to reach areas by void filling high erosion or poorly compacted space with lightweight and strong structural grade polyurethane foam. |

Often costing less than half the price of replacing concrete, void fill and stabilization provides a cost effective, time efficient and sustainable way to have your concrete fully supported once again. Common causes of the erosion are storm washout areas, poorly placed or worn out gutter downspouts, plumbing leaks, former garbage pit, sink hole, or breakdown of organic materials. Void fill and support with polyurethane foam is great for warehouse flooring, garage floors, parking lot support, driveways, pool decking, front steps, slab on grade homes, business foundations, silo and large slab foundations.
